At Aerionest, we are committed to providing high-quality products. Please note that we do not offer returns & refund only replacements in case of product issues.
Eligibility for Replacement
To request a replacement, you must:
1. Report the issue within 15 days of receiving your item.
2. Provide clear proof of the problem by sharing:
• Two (2) images of the defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
• One (1) video showing the issue in detail.
3. Ensure the product is in its original packaging with all accessories included.
How to Request a Replacement
To start the replacement process, email us at Aerionest.care@gmail.com with:
• Your order number
• 2 images & 1 video clearly showing the issue
• A brief description of the problem
Once approved, we will ship a replacement at no extra cost.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with the required proof.
Non-Replaceable Items
We do not provide replacements for:
• Sale items or gift cards
• Products damaged due to misuse
• Items without proof of damage or defect
Processing Time
